## What the service includes

Many residences hesitate to change syndic for fear of losing documents or money during the transition. That is exactly what we organise.

## What we handle

- **Free assessment**: review of the co-ownership rules, recent minutes and available accounts, and a site visit.
- **Accounts audit**: reconciliation of income, expenses and bank balance, list of arrears and supplier debts.
- **General meeting preparation**: draft appointment resolution, syndic contract and forecast budget attached to the notice.
- **Handover**: formal request to the previous syndic for archives, funds, current contracts and the owners' list, with a joint handover report.
- **Taking over**: full technical visit, meeting with staff and contractors, online accounts opened for every owner.
