CK Gestion Syndic started from a simple observation: too many owners pay service charges without knowing what they pay for. We built our method around transparency and presence on site.
Our method
Law 18-00 as our foundation
Voted budget, funds held in the owners' association's name, accounts presented every year: we apply Moroccan co-ownership law to the letter, including its recent amendments.
Digital tools for residents
Payment requests, receipts, meeting minutes and request tracking are available online at any time, from a phone.
On site first
Regular visits, contractor checks and an up-to-date maintenance log: a residence is managed on the ground first.
What we commit to
- Answer every owner within 24 working hours
- Get at least three competing quotes for any significant work
- Never spend outside the budget without the owners' council's approval
- Hand every archive back to the association if our mandate ends
