What we handle
- Common-area cleaning: precise specifications (lobbies, stairs, car parks, surroundings), frequency suited to the residence, checked by visit sheet.
- Pools: water treatment, regular testing, filter and pump upkeep, summer season preparation and posted pool rules.
- Gardens: mowing, pruning, careful watering and replanting, with an eye on water use.
- Waste: bin areas and collections organised, periodic pest control.
Quality control
The manager checks services during weekly visits, with photos. A contractor who does not meet their contract receives formal notice and is then replaced.
