What we handle
- Court collection: case file, formal notice, filing with a partner lawyer and follow-up through enforcement.
- Enforcing the co-ownership rules: reminders to owners in breach (unauthorised works, nuisance, use of common areas), then action if needed.
- Disputes with third parties: developer, contractors, neighbours or insurers.
- Regulatory watch: applying changes to Moroccan co-ownership law, including recent amendments to law 18-00.
