What we handle
- Preventive maintenance plan: yearly schedule of visits for lifts, booster pumps, common-area lighting, fire extinguishers and networks.
- Repairs: every report is logged, a technician is sent and the result checked. Affected owners are kept informed.
- Works: specifications, at least three competing quotes, presentation to the owners' council or general meeting, site follow-up and handover.
- Contractors: a network of Marrakech tradespeople and companies whose insurance and workmanship we check.
