Moroccan law 18-00 makes the syndic responsible for carrying out general meeting decisions and running the building day to day. It is the foundation of our work.
What we handle
- General meetings: agenda prepared with the owners' council, notices sent on time, attendance sheet, minutes written and shared.
- Carrying out decisions: every resolution voted becomes a tracked action with a deadline and an owner.
- Contracts and insurance: maintenance contracts renegotiated, building insurance checked, claims filed and followed up.
- Archives and maintenance log: co-ownership rules, plans, minutes, contracts and invoices are filed and digitised. They belong to the association and are handed back if our mandate ends.
- Owner relations: one point of contact by phone, WhatsApp and email, answering within 24 working hours.
